We are seeking a UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across websites, applications, and other digital products. This role will collaborate with product, development, marketing, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into thoughtful, functional designs.ResponsibilitiesConduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.Design intuitive and accessible user experiences across digital platforms.Collaborate with product managers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.Translate business requirements and user insights into effective design solutions.Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into designs.Maintain and contribute to design systems and UX standards.Present design concepts and recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders.Ensure designs align with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and best UX practices.Stay current with UX trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
