Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. salary: $45 - $51.25 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
- You will partner closely with Merchant Services Sales and Relationship Managers to analyze pricing requests, assess financial impacts, and provide data-driven recommendations . By evaluating merchant business characteristics such as transaction volume, processing trends, seasonality, and cost structures , you will help balance competitive client pricing with profitability, risk, and compliance objectives .
- This role is ideal for an analytical professional who enjoys working with data, solving business problems, and collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Merchant Services, Payments, Financial Services, Operations, Pricing, Finance, or a related analytical field; or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Experience analyzing data and making recommendations based on financial, operational, or business insights.
- Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple requests and meet established deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and modeling.
- Exposure to pricing, financial analysis, revenue analysis, or profitability assessment.
- Basic understanding of merchant pricing concepts, including interchange, assessments, processing fees, and related cost structures .
- Experience working with pricing, reporting, or business intelligence tools .
