The ideal candidate will coordinate daily production activities, ensure compliance with FDA and GMP regulations, and support overall production efficiency and quality.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and monitor production schedules and workflowsEnsure production goals are met while maintaining product quality standardsCommunicate effectively with supervisors, operators, and quality assurance teamsMaintain accurate production records and reportsAssist in investigating and resolving production issues or deviationsSupport audits and ensure ongoing compliance with FDA and GMP standardsRequirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or food manufacturingBilingual (English/Spanish) – requiredStrong knowledge of FDA, GMP, and safety regulationsHigh School Diploma or GED – requiredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
