About the Role

• The Global Mobility Manager manages all aspects of candidate and employee relocation both domestic and permanent moves within the Americas.

• Anticipating employee needs and dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience, the Mobility Manager will take initiative to solve problems independently, exercising discretion within guidelines and evolving industry standards.

• This is an exciting and demanding role that requires passion and the desire to be a team player on an amazing team.

Specific Job Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise and manage day-to-day relocation cases in partnership with Relocation Management Company on mobility within the Americas.

• Act as a single point of contact to employees throughout the mobility process.

• Articulate complex relocation scenarios including tax and immigration factors and provide practical, simplified solutions for the employee and/or business.

• In partnership with our immigration firm, support immigration case life-cycle management for foreign national employees.

• Work closely with foreign national candidates, employees, and internal stakeholders to provide guidance, support escalations and day to day program management support.

• Provide guidance and support to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to interpret policy, provide options and recommend solutions.

• Partner with global and local vendors, monitor performance and ensure compliance with company policy and local laws and regulations.

• Assist with special projects as needed.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience Global Mobility experience with a focus on the Americas.

• Familiarity with residential real estate purchase process; knowledge of Buyer Value Option transactions a plus.

• In depth knowledge of mobility processes including tax services, immigration, payroll, home sale, home purchase in the Americas regions.

• Excellent learning agility and emotional intelligence, able to be empathetic to situations you may have never directly experienced.

• Exceptional communication skills and an above average ability to translate mobility concepts to others, with impeccable customer service skills, positive attitude in challenging situations.

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and multi-task in a high paced environment.

• Demonstrated experience working on a global team.

• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in situations involving change, shifting priorities and ambiguity.

• Role model for company core values and Leadership Commitments in all actions.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
